Join us for movement, breathwork, and an ice bath at 11 am at the ElemenTree in Beautiful Navarre FL. Bring a mat, a towel, and sunblock.
Ice baths are a great way to heal our bodies and build resilience. They can help improve hormone balance, increase dopamine/serotonin/oxytocin and reduce inflammation.
First-time cost is $35 prepay /$45 day of the event
